White Buffalo turquoise takes center stage in this masterful ring by acclaimed artisan Bernyse Chavez. Chavez' silver-work shines in the stamped along this ring's band. The droplet-shaped White Buffalo stone that forms the face of this gorgeous ring was carefully chosen, polished, and set. This ring gleams with bold elegance and an appreciation for the turquoise at its center. It is bound to turn heads. Every element in this stunning piece add another layer of beauty and artistry.

Discovered in 1993, White Buffalo turquoise is only found in the Dry Creek Mine of Tonopah, Nevada. The name derives from the Native American belief that white buffaloes are pure and rare much like the unique stone. Unlike traditional blue turquoise found in copper mines, it develops exclusively near magnesium deposits which alters the stone’s pigmentation. A symbol of Native American heritage, this exceedingly rare gemstone commands a high price due to its scarcity.
