If an item is damaged during transit, we will repair the item and return it to you. Repackage the item if the box is severely damaged, contact us to recieve a shipping label via email, and mail the package to our gallery along with a note that includes:

• A detailed description of the condition your package arrived in.
• Your contact information.
• Any other pertinent information.

If you anticipate having difficulty printing the shipping label, email us and we will work with you to ensure your item reaches us for repairs.

You can. However, we will need to bring your item to our Santa Fe shop in order to preform the repair. Once repaired, we will ship the item back to you at no cost.
