This is a classic and heavy example of a “trucker” watch, featuring an offset face, allowing you to check the time without taking your hands off the wheel. This watch cuff is adorned with ample and rustic raindrop shot, giving it a classic 1960s vibe and feel, in spite of likely being made in the 80s/90s by Navajo artist Bernyse Chavez.
This is a very interesting and unique example of her work. The watch itself is a Swiss-made Croton in working condition with day/date window and automatic movement, so you’ll never need to change a battery, simply wearing it winds the movement.
